Farewells. End of Life Ceremonies Funerals, Memorials, Celebrations of life.

All lives should be honoured, commemorated and celebrated. We are all unique and end of life ceremonies should reflect that.

Organising a funeral or end-of-life ceremony for a loved one is often one of the most challenging things we can do.

We want to honour our loved ones, and to do things right for them.

But grief makes things so much harder.
It makes the decisions and choices so much harder.

You might not even be aware of all of the possibilites.
One size doesn't fit all.

Let me hold your hand through this, and give your loved one the best send-off that we possibly can.

Whether you wish to have a traditional farewell, a unique ceremony with love and dignity, or something a little alternative or unusual,

We will work together to create a ceremony that reflects your loved one, totally.

Allow me to support you from beginning to end

I will work with you and your chosen Funeral Director (if you choose to use one), to create the perfect ceremony.

If you haven't yet appointed a Funeral Director and wish to do so, I can recommend some excellent ones that I have worked alongside if you wish.

I will meet with you (in person, via a video call, or by phone) to discuss your requirements.

We will discuss whether you want me to create and deliver everything, or whether you or your family and friends want a small or large involvement in creating and delivering the ceremony.

We will discuss music choices, whether to include readings and poems, and whether or not you wish to have religion and faith included in the ceremony or not.

All of the choices are yours, and I will work with you and support you throughout.

About Me

It is an honour to work alongside families and clients, who allow me into their world to create together meaningful ceremonies. It is a privilege and an honour to help create ceremonies and care for the families I work with.

I am a fully trained Independent Civil Celebrant with a number of years of experience, working with the bereaved; creating beautiful ceremonies to honour their memories.

I am empathetic and caring and have undertaken grief counselling training to help me to help you in this difficult time.

My Package

My fee for funerals is usually £235 for ceremonies within 20 miles of ST17 4LZ.
(I am available for ceremonies beyond this distance, but travel and/or accommodation charges may need to be added).

I will work with your wishes to create and deliver a beautiful and meaningful ceremony for:

  • Burials and Cremations
  • Direct Cremation with a separate ceremony Memorial ceremonies.
  • Scattering or interment of Ashes.

Ceremonies don't have to always be held in the expected venues, of churches, crematoria or burial grounds.  There are so many other options that we can discuss.

Within my fee:

  • I can create a visual tribute - a selection of photographs or videos, set to music (to be played during the ceremony in venues with suitable facilities).
  • I will assist you in the creation of printed Orders of Ceremony and I will liaise with your designer or Funeral Director.
  • For a small additional fee, I can provide keepsake ceremony copies, copies of visual tributes, and other meaningful ceremony momentoes.

I can also help you if you want to pre-prepare your own funeral ceremony, whether it is hopefully, a long time in the future, or more imminent.

Loved ones often find it so helpful, if the deceased has informed them in some way, what they wanted for their funeral.

Get In Touch
